These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

3. Order & Contract Conclusion
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase.
A sales contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Production & Fulfillment
All VANTAKIN products are made to order and fulfilled through Gelato, our trusted print-on-demand partner.
Orders are produced and shipped directly from Gelato’s international facilities to ensure high quality and global availability.

5. Payment
We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify. Prices include VAT where applicable.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and production site.
Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds
Because items are made to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery to hello@vantakin.com with proof (photos, order number).

8. Liability
VANTAKIN is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party providers (such as Gelato or shipping carriers).

9. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
